My 13 year old daughter loves the clothes. She ended up getting a cute pull over sweater shirt. Was worried about the cost but this item was very reasonable. The staff was helpful and they had a couple chairs outside the waiting room which in my opinion is essential.

I had the absolute best time shopping for outfits for my honeymoon here. Ella helped me the entire time I was there, and she was the absolute sweetest person ever. Ella made my experience here a 100/10. I felt like an actual princess by the way she took care of me and pulled the cutest outfits, and felt like her best friend before I left the store. People like Ella are the ones that are hard to find, but make the customer’s experiences top tier and memorable. She was an excellent listener, helper, and my experience would not have been the same without her. I don’t even live in Birmingham but I want to go back to this store the next time I’m passing through just because of how fun and special of a time I had here. I hope Ella gets to read this review and that she knows how much I appreciate her and how she helped me feel so stylish on my honeymoon! Sending lots of love to Ella and the other sweet girls at the store. I think this was seriously the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! Thanks for the fun, Ella!

I love this location! Brittney and McKenzie walked me through an online order yesterday and were a joy to work with. Brittney has assisted me on more than one occasion in-store and really knows her stuff. She is so professional but she's really sweet too.

Great experience shopping here. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Brittany was amazing, I’ve worked in clothing retail for many years and she is doing a great job helping with dressing room! Helped my friend too, and Hannah at the register was super sweet and gave us lots of tips for concert we going to tonight. 10/10 experience

I had the best experience yesterday at the Birmingham Summit store. Maria was just a ray of sunshine! I was having a kind of low day and she truly was a blessing. She is truly a jewel and you should hold onto her! Rating my experience a 10 out of 10 would not do her justice. I was telling her so many stores, especially in that area when you walk in they very rarely speak and if they do, they act like they don't want to, so when she greeted me I knew she was special and she made me feel special! I do love the store and the selection you have. I will be back❤️

Couldn't be more impressed with the store located at The Summit in Birmingham, AL. The inventory is ideal, offering a variety of trendy fashion for all ages, and MARIA is the BOMB. Like Maria, all of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, however I've been so impressed with Maria since the very first time I stepped into this store. My mother has been battling an illness and my sister and I do everything possible to make it a fun road trip for our mother when we make trips from Pensacola to UAB on a regular basis for treatment. Maria has been unbelievable and the trips wouldn't be complete unless we all get to see Maria and shop at this store. Maria is so professional, but yet so sweet, personable and accommodating. I plan to continue to shop at this awesome store every chance I get!
